The sealing caps of 5 gallons drinkable water barrels are seal assemble used to seal up 5 gallons drinkable water barrels. The caps are made from LDPE+HDPE food grade raw materials and produced with injection molding process. Heated tags are attached on the sealing parts. And leakage-proof rubber gaskets and inner plugs are mounted automatically. The above technological process shall be carried out in closed and dust-free workshops. All raw materials, master batch and auxiliary materials shall comply with the requirements of EU directive regarding the materials which have direct contact with food.
